StoryIncludes gives errors

When I try to include a twee file in Twine 1.4.1, I always get this error message:

An error occurred while including the file named "gugu.twee" which is referred to by the StoryIncludes passage
([Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'gugu.twee').

My twee file is named "gugu.twee" and is located in the same folder as my story.tws and my output.html.

How come it doesn't work?

Here's the .tws and the .twee files that I used for testing.

Could it be because of the text encoding, accented letters or spaces in the path?

Mac OSX 10.9.1

I saw this appear on the 1.4.2 release notes: The StoryIncludes passage is no longer broken on OS X.

I'm assuming that's the fix I'll need?
