Is there a way to color boxes in the story differently? If so how?

Could you explain or give an example of exactly what boxes you are asking about?

Harlowe 1.1.1 and its when you add a passage in the diagram. What I would like to do is color code some of them.

Sorry I did not realize you were asking a question about the Twine 2 application itself.

Currently there is no built-in way to assign colours to the frames/boxes that make up the Passage Map of your story.
