Is it possible to connect multiple stories in Twine?

Hallo, guys! I'm new to Twine, so the question may be silly... Is it possible to connect two or more different stories? Something like a link from the last passage of Story 1 to the first passage of Story 2 and so on? I' d like to keep the two stories as seperate files, if that's an option. I'm using Sugarcube. Thanx in advance!

SugarCube supports external URL markup links like the following:

[[Google|http://google.com/]]

... So you could include a external markup link in one story that links to the second.
