Changing box colors on the main Twine?

I know you can change the CSS and formatting of the actual produced HTML story when publishing a Twine story. But what about the actual boxes in the blue story creation area? Like the "ENTRY" and "FIRST SECTOR BRANCH" boxes in the attached image?

Currently the Twine 2 application does not have an option for modifying how parts of the application look.
