How do I embed a .mp3 file into my Harlow story?

When someone clicks on a passage, I want someone to hear music. Preferably, I would like this to play on a loop until someone makes a decision to go to the next passage. I'm not sure what would be better, to have a absolute link or a relative link. Can you provide the code below for both options?
