    What are you trying to upload?

    1. A Story HTML file created via the Publish to File option.

    See the Publishing Your Work section of the Twine Wiki

    2. An attachment to a forum discussion/question/comment.

    Use the Attach a file option below the comment field, there is a maximum size restriction on attached files. (I don't know what the maximum size allowed is)
