How to describe ethnicity without being racist?
In my project the player has to chose an ethnicity for their character. It's a fantasy world so I don't want to use words like Latino or African. I suppose I could use White but then what words should I use for Asians? Dark and light skin are a bit unclear as well. It's not like medium skin is a thing that means the same to everyone.
