Bug? Quotation marks in Passage titles (1.4.0)

edited January 2014 in Help! with 1.x
I believe I've found a bug.

I had links in my pasage with quotation marks in them, like:

[quote]==Frustrating Conversation==
You're completely flabbergasted, but you won't give up yet. You'll try to reason with the man. But what's the best approach?

[["Come on, bub, just eat the hotdog."]]
[["Tell you what, //I'll// eat it. No really, don't worry about it. See you later."]]
[["Do you know something about that hotdog that I don't know?"]]

Twine makes the links to the above passages without problem, and includes the quotation marks in their titles. But when I run the build, and get to to the Frustrating Conversation passage, the links are displayed without the quotes, and don't work (says "This passage does not exist: Come on, bub, just eat the hotdog." instead--without any quotes).

Edit: Seems like this was reported before, about a year ago. Some workarounds are posted in that thread, but hopefully the bug itself can be quashed? It'd be nice to display quotation marks in Passage titles, for dialogue and such.
