Maybe it's a stupid question and maybe it's more a wordpress question too.
I have a wordpress blog (self hosted) and I have a twine story (published as one html file with some links to fonts and pictures on this file). Well, I can upload my twine html and all orher needed files to my server and with the right link, everybody can read the story. Now I could write a new post or page on wordpress with a link to this twine html to make the story public.
And here comes my question: Is there a solution to "link" wordpress users to twine html access?
What I mean: I don't want everybody can open/read my twine story, just by enter the right link. So access to this html file should be connected to user right an wordpress. If a user is registered on wordpress (and logged in), he should have access to the twine html story file.

I has a quick look there and the Allow Access To Subfolder Of HTML For Logged In Visitors thread may help you, but it was written in 2013 so it's information may be out of date.
