Question

Accidentally messed up the first story box and lost it so how do i build a new first box to link with the rest of it??

If you hover your mouse over a passage, a little menu will appear with a trashcan, a pencil, a "play" icon, and a "…" icon.  Click the "…" and then you can click "Start Story Here" to have your story start on that passage.

Also, FYI, if you have Twine v2.3.0, you should grab the latest version from here, since there were a few bugfixes to that version.  (And likely there will be more updates to come within the next week or so.)
