Hey there! I've recently discovered Twine and am excited by its possibilities.

But I've encountered some problems witht the OS X version. There are some issues when when creating new passages, but – catastrophically – when I try to undo work with (cmd-Z) I lose entire passages.

I think I can work around this, but wondered if others are having the same issue. Thanks!

Twine just recently had a major update to the engine it uses, moving from using Node to using Electron when Twine v2.3.0 was released (on April 14th, 2019). However, due to this major change it had a few major bugs in it.

Some of those bugs have been fixed, but there are still a few bugs to be addressed.  There is currently a roadmap for more fixes to be released in Twine v2.3.2, but in the mean time, if you would prefer to work with the older, more stable release, until the v2.3.x branch problems are dealt with, you can download the older Twine v2.2.1 here.

If you are using the Twine v2.3.x branch, and you run into any problems, you should report those problems here (make sure it hasn't already been reported first).

Hope that helps!  :-)

Awesome, thanks! I'll just tread lightly and keep an eye out for future versions.
