I need help with lowercase for prompts

Still having trouble making prompt answers into all lowercase. Please help

Thank you so much, you are a lifesaver. I knew it would be something simple like that, and couldn't find it anywhere. Got confused by the manual of where to put it in the prompt statement. Well, I am just a lowly noob. :)
