[ Responsive ] Ghost bookmark box!

Hi forum, did a search to see if this question had already been asked, but it looks like it hasn't.

I switched up to Twine 1.4.1 in the middle of a project. Undo and bookmark are disabled in my project, and previously took away the 'bookmark' box entirely.

In the new version of Responsive, the bookmark link goes away, but the box is still there. Also, the margins seem to be way narrower! For users playing on their phone, that's valuable real estate.

Is there any way to revert back other than installing 1.4? Alternately, is there any jukey CSS workaround I can implement?

Ah, sorry about the bookmark box problem. Will tweak in next version. Here's a CSS hotfix: #sidebar li:empty { display:none }

Awesome, thank you! I love Responsive, but I'm very new to CSS and so getting it to behave in ways I understand is challenging!
