Well, you could just export the HTML file then copy that to a CD with a CD-R drive.

If you want it to open the game when inserted, you can also look into [URL=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autorun.inf]Autorun.inf[/URL]

Yep! Like was said earlier.. data on the CD and autorun. But the problem will arise when you want it to autorun on OSX.

There are ways of wrapping the HTML in an executable with Webkit.. but I honestly don't know how that works. But that's how Depression Quest got on to Steam.
