Customizing Text and Adding Items to ui-bar

edited July 2017 in Help! with 1.x
Hi Everyone! I'm a kind of new to Sugarcube, but I have a handle on the basics (passage tags, basic CSS). I just can't seem to figure out how to customize the sidebar. I know how to change the color and things like that, but I'm curious about changing the title. I don't want my game's title displayed in the sidebar, and I know how to deactivate/hide that. But what I can't figure out is how to add other text to the sidebar. I want to put the word "MENU" in the sidebar, above the "Save" and "Restar" buttons. Anybody know how I would do that?

I'm using version 1.0.34of SugarCube

Thanks!

  • You can alter Sugarcube's UI-bar by using a passage called "StoryMenu". Adding things to this passage adds them to the UI-bar. Look here for more special passage names, that allow you to change the title/author/etc.
  • You are a lifesaver!!! Thanks so much!
