[Twine2]Twine crashed now I cant open it again

Hey guys, while working on my Story Twine crashed and when i try to open it again is just showes a white screen for 2 seconds and closes again. No Error message or anything.

I already tried uninstall and reinstall.

Which operating system (name and full version) are you using?

If you're running a version of iOS then does the solution listed in Issue #390 solve the problem for you?

im running windows 10 64bit and twine version 2.1.3

i found the bug report and the solution.
