My passage boxes are not mobil

when I click on the passage boxes, the program is not allowing me to move them to the organization I would like. I am not sure if this is a bug or user error, but please help.

Is it the install-able or web-browser based release?

I am using the web browser version. I tried to download the application, but my computer wont let me since it is not from the app store.
