Twine code to twee code

I am working with someone to update her TWINE story's look and feel, but I don't know TWINE (actually, I've had all sorts of problems trying to use it) so I use twee. How do I convert her .tws files over to .tw files so that I can compile the game with changes to the style sheets and whatnot? I've found an online converter, but it doesn't like her .html file (it seems to run fine for me). I was trying to compile it using OS X version 1.4.2 but that version doesn't seem to work on my mac at all. I don't want to try to use an older version in case I introduce problems that we have to deal with once she starts trying to incorporate my stuff.

Any thoughts?

    Open the TWS file using Twine and then use the File > Export > Twee Source Code menu option to create a Twee version of the story.
