Twine 2 does not support Twine 1's ability to import images into the story project. This is due to the fact that Twine 2 story projects are stored within the web-browser local storage, which is very limited in size. (generally defaults to 5-10 MB depending on browser used)
Therefor you have two basic choices:
1. Use external image files: this post (and thread) talks about how to do that.
2. Manually embed the image file into your passage: this post (and thread) talks about how to do that.
Twine 2 currently does not have a menu option for doing either of these things for you, so you have to do it yourself.
Thanks a lot! I did it the first way, but it would be helpful to write this on the wiki page, there is whole page about the image thingy, and I was a bit confused.
