Really basic question about Harlowe

I've been playing around with Harlowe for a while now, and for the life of me I can't get any any CSS other than changing the background colour to work. All I want to do is to change the font colour, size and family, nothing fancy, but I can't find a way to do it. Any help would be appreciated!
