Narrative Generation and Interactive Stories Research

As part of a research project at the Australian National University, I am prototyping a narrative generation system that changes interactive stories based on the player’s choices
I only discovered Twine at the beginning of the year, but this software has allowed made this story and my research possible.

This interactive story puts you in the shoes of an ordinary person, with the chance to define their personality through the choices they make.
My research involves the creation of a prototype system that then uses this personality to tailor story content for each player.
By participating in this research, your feedback will allow me to further develop this prototype into a more accurate and encompassing system that can provide better story content for all players.
