chmod errors when unlocking library + changes lost + layout messed up [Solved]

I upgraded to Twine 2.0.11 (win64)
I made a lot of changes to a story in Harlowe, but when I closed Twine and reopened it, all the changes had been lost.

Then I rearranged a number of passages, but each time I moved a passage I got "An error an error occur ed while unlocking library (EPERM: operation not permitted, open c:\users\name\Documents\Twine\Stories\PSP10.html).

I opened another story and came back to this one, and the layout was scrambled. Any passages I had moved previously were now in random positions, with many in a pile.

To cut a long story short, the culprit seems to be my virus checker (Bit Defender), which was updated the same day I updates to Twine 2.0.11, and in fact it was a new anti-ransomware module.

I added Twine2.exe to the "trusted list" of the anti-ransomware module, and the problem appears to have gone.
