Displaying an array value in harlowe

Hey, quick question! (Can't find the answer on the forums...)

Is there a way to display on value of an array without having to (set:) it to a variable and then display that variable?

For instance, if I set $array to (a:"1", "2"), and I try to simply display $array's 1st, the following is displayed:

"1","2"'s 1st

When I just wanted to display:

1

Anybody know?

(print: $array's 1) just displays the value..
