trying to get a transition to work on a link - Harlow

Hi

I'm trying to get something like this:

(live: 1000ms)[
(stop:)
(t8n: "dissolve")[This text appears with a delay and a dissolve transition]
]

to work on a passage link but with no success...
I don't think I'm quite getting how macro's work.
Any suggestions?

It is unclear from your question as to if you want that one second delayed dissolved text to appear:

1. On the next passage displayed to reader as a result of them selecting the (not shown) link.

2. On the current passage being displayed to the reader after they select the (not shown) link.

3. If it is point 1, then is the passage text not contained within the (live:) macro's associated hook meant to appear before the 'one second delayed dissolved' text?

4. Are you trying to make all the text contained within the passage(s) appear using a one second delay dissolve effect?
