How to publish a story on an iOS device using Chrome?

Hi there,
I have an iPad and use Chrome with my Twine; still, I cannot publish a story in any way. I have Google Drive and Dropbox installed. Every time I try to upload a file I get this: see attached file

Usually the easiest thing to do is keep the file in Dropbox -- don't download it to your device -- and the browse to your public Dropbox folder using Safari. This lets you view the story live over the web.
