Please could you help me how to publish twine stories on web for downloaded version of Twine 1.4 ?

Hi!

One option is to use http://www.philome.la/ - you need a twitter account, but other than that, it is really straightforward.

Other options would be to make an Amazon S3 accout (https://aws.amazon.com/s3/) or a GitHub pages (https://pages.github.com/) account: both are free and let you upload html files and publish them.
