No auto passage creation in 2.1.3

When i write new passage name Twine should create new passage linked to first one, but it doesn't.

Try to close the editor by clicking on the little black cross and not anywhere outside the editor box.
To cure the existing failure, create manually (new passage button) a passage white the name you gave in the precedent box.
