Why are updates to Harlowe's internal documentation not being made available to Authors

There have been a number of commits to the Harlowe source code in relation to improving its documentation.

Why have these improvements not been made available to Authors via the Harlowe documentation website?

    I plan to upload the docs once I've finished documenting every extant macro in 1.2.1, but wasn't planning on doing any incomplete releases until then.
