Help with Twine passages bug (1.4.1)

It seems that whenever I make new passages in my Twine project, they only want to pop up in the relatively tiny left hand corner that you see when you first make a new story. Is there any way to stop this behavior from happening? It's really troubling on my relatively large projects. I'm using Twine 1.4.1 on Windows Vista.

    Same things happens to me in 1.4.1 on Win 8.

    Passage placement has been addressed in 1.4.2. Check the beta thread for details.

    EDIT: Also, in the future, report suspected bugs in the beta thread per L's request. :)
