How to export a story as an html file that I can link to on my website?

Might be a dumb question, but I need to know how to export the story I just built on the downloaded 1.4.2 for windows as an html file that I can link to from my webspace. Basically how can I put the file in a format that can be clicked on from a webpage?

    The Build > Build Story menu option generates a HTML file that can be uploaded to a web-server and once there the file could be referenced via a URL embed in a web-page.

    If your generated HTML file includes links to external files then these would also need to be uploaded to the web-server.
