Harlowe - Simple Custom Macro

Hi all! I'm trying to figure out a simple custom macro in Harlowe, and can't find any documentation on how to do so.

This macro would operate similarly to the font macro, simply adding custom tags around text.

Structuring the macro is easy (essentially a clone of the font macro) but I can't figure out how to initialize a custom macro and add it to the app.
Can anyone tell me how to do this? Is there a way to do it in Twine 2 yet?

After looking through the Harlowe story format source code I believe the method you want is Macros.add but I must be either tired or having a Blonde Hair day because I cant work out how an story Author would access that method.
