Gamebook project features

I have a gamebook project in the works, but I have not yet decided which interactive fiction platform would best suit my needs. I'd like to know how difficult (or possible) would it be to implement my ideas into a twine project.
Features I want to include:
- An overland map interface, where the player could click on destinations to move there. Ideally, it could keep track of where the player currently is, and only allow neighbouring choices.
- A character sheet keeping track of player stats and inventory.
- Skill tests with simulated die rolls
