Proofing Copy without Images?

I have images embedded in my Twine. What is the best way to get a proofing cooy that does not have hundreds of pages of code to go along with each image?

    Unfortunately the change to exclude embedded images from the Export > Proofing Copy RTF file was done after Twine 1.4.2 was released.

    Do you have access to any scripting languages like Python, Ruby, etc...
