add more option for Macros with clauses in SugarCube

my question is how if i want add more option for the third visit ? just like below

why i don't contact the author for this ? as you can see his last blog activity is march 2014  , so i think he doesnt manage his blog again

and i seek solution in this forum is for faster answer
