Displaying Text outside the Passage

I'm trying (emphasis on trying lol) to get text to appear outside the main passage. I want to be able to place this text where ever I need to (I also need to do this in several different areas, so that would mean doing this process several different times), so what do I have to do to accomplish this? Hopefully this is the last hurdle I need to get this UI stuff figured out. Thanks in advance for any help :)

    Ah my bad, I'm using Sugarcane. Sorry that I forgot to mention that! lol.

    For anyone looking into something similar to what I was doing here: <div> is what you are looking for to get this setup working. Happy I figured it out lol, and thought I'd share in case anyone finds this thread and wants to find an answer :)
