Wanting javascript help for latex to html5 or how to get maths in web pages.....

I have been wondering about using twine to create textbook, linking to definitions, allowing the student to dig deaper into a topic by following a 'story branch, but have the main narrative contain everything needed for the syllabus.... that kind of thing. However, to make this worthwhile I need to be able to display equations well on the web.

After some research I found this which seems like a promising way of being able to open up physics and maths on the web. However my fumbling attempts to follow the instructions to get it working (pasting things in the javascript and css sections) have met with little success and I have no clue how to even start debugging/ sorting out/ finding out if this is even possible in twine.

Anyone tell me if I can get latex2html5 or even just mathjax running in twine?

Any help much appriciated.
