Local Windows version - Links are not clickable, and cursor changes to a Red circle on link.

I'm new to Twine, using Chrome with a local version of Twine 2.0 - and this is what I'm getting for all my links.

Any ideas?

I've been having the exact same problem. What helped me was using an html link. So:

<a href="http://www.google.com">link text</a>

instead of:

http://www.google.com/
