How do I add images to a passage in 2.0 Harlowe?

I tried dropping it in the passage and story, but that didn't work. How does one do this?

The Twine 2 application does not support embedding of images within a story project like Twine 1 did, so you will have to use externally stored image files instead.

You did not state which story format you are using and each one supports different features but the following method should work in all of them.

A Twine story is just a HTML page and the most common way of displaying a image in HTML is to use an img element.
