Error Need help

I just reinstalled windows and installed twine/SugarCube and tried to open my last project and this error comes. Can’t open the file or do anything. How to fix this?

    The error message is saying that Twine can't find the SugarCube story format in a folder named sugarcube (all lowercase), you may need to rename the folder.
