Complete newbie - images

Hello. Apologies in advance for my lack of understanding. Can you insert an image from Dropbox into the story? I've managed to figure out how to insert images from online, but if I'm wanting to insert a picture of my own? I can't get it to work using the URL of the dropbox image (which I got from "sharing" the photo). Any help much appreciated!!

One thing I know about Dropbox URL's is that you need to use the dl=1 parameter to access a hosted file directly. Similar to the audio file in this example
