Is there discussion of the (goto: ) macro in the Harlowe manual?

I can't find any discussion of the simple (goto: ) macro in the Harlowe manual. I find discussion of the (link-goto: ) but not the simple (goto: ). Am I missing something? Can someone explain the simple (goto: ) macro to me? Thank you.
