Disappearing Audio?

I'm new in twine and am adding audio to twine 2.0 Harlow. I managed to get the audio to work by using a dropbox link but when I play my game the next day, the link no longer works. I have to recopy the link into the passage. Is there a way to fix this? If I export my game, will it stop doing this?
