How do I publish my story?

I wrote a story, but the link to it only works for me, right? So how do I send it to other people or make it so other people can play it?

EDIT: I'm using Harlowe. Sorry I forgot.

You first use the Publish to File option to create a Story HTML file.

It is this HTML file that you need to make available to the other people, you can do this a number of ways:

1. Email it to them as an attachment.

2. Upload it to a file hosting web-site like Dropbox, Mega, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.. which they can down load it from.

3. Upload it to a hosting web-site like philome.la, Blogger, etc...

note: If your story uses external media files (images, audio, video) then these also need to be bundled with your HTML file.
