Single Dad in Space

edited January 2014 in Workshop
Below is a link to my first ever Twine game called "Single Dad in Space", inspired in part by the 80s cartoon Ulysses 31 & the myth of Sisyphus.

  • Good stuff. The only problem I encountered was a missing greater-than when I went to get the hell off the ship.

Look forward to your next one, maybe I could even talk you into adding a node or two to the collaborative venture posted in the comments below?

  • Thanks for the heads up, I've fixed it and I'm just waiting to re-publish it.

I'll check out the other link too.

  • I think I was winning? Had lifted crate off son and was trying to restore life support. Had rebooted the system:

<<if>> bad condition: o2 is not defined
    - Run to your son in the cargo bay

    - Get the hell off the ship
  • Ahhh thanks, it's another big I need to quash!

You do however need to restore o2 before you try to save anyone ;-)

Thanks for the heads up on the bug.
  • Sure, no problem. :) I believe that's what I was trying to do. [spoilers] I had chosen the option to restore life support after already, if memory serves, restored power, structural integrity, prepped the medbot, and lifted the crate. That's when it said o2 is not defined.
