Looking for an email-knowledgable volunteer

We've been getting a relatively steady stream of new users on the forum reporting they never received an email confirmation. Requiring new users to confirm their email address is one of our anti-spam measures, so I'm loathe to disable it. At the same time, I'm not great at troubleshooting email issues (I suspect the emails are getting flagged as spam).

So, if you happen to have skills with email troubleshooting and have some time to help out with these forums, please drop me a private message.

Yep, I even tweeted about it, but after carefully reading the new comers corner, I've found 3 confirmation e-mails in my gmail's spam filter. I'd probably talk to google about this and in the mean time leave a huge warning that states that people should check their spam folders.
