Javascript error on computer start-up

I keep getting this error screen when start and logon to my Win 10 computer. Does anyone have any idea what it means and what, if anything, I can/should do about it?

Have you configured your machine to load an Electron based Node.js application on startup?

Because that error message is stating that Node is not able to find a valid application using Electron.

I suggest looking for help on its GitHub issue tracker. There are existing tickets about this issue or, at least, a very similar one (see: the open Java Script error (#1451) and the closed "A JavaScript error has occurred in the main process" (#1325)).
