Unable to Publish in 1.4.2.

Question

I am working from Windows 1.4.2 and the option to publish file isn't available. Also there's nothing to the bottom of my screen giving me the option. Help! There's an option to export and when you click it, you can only click "twee source code" and "proofing" copy.

The nomenclature used by Twine 1 is "build", so look for the Build Story item under the Build menu.
