Going back to the last passage visited without a specific tag?

Question

I've been using:

(link-goto: "Return", (history:)'s last)

in order to go back to the last page visited, but with what I'm trying to do it would be nice if I could have the player go back to the last passage that doesn't or does have a specified tag attached.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I am using Twine 2 with the built in Harlowe macros - whatever that means. I'm quite the noob in this dimension.
