Hi!
I am currently developing in Harlowe, and am trying to figure out if there is any way to create a sidebar that is persistent throughout the whole game, and that has a replaceable picture. Any ideas? Maybe a CSS-based approach (tw-sidebar appears to only be left-oriented)?
Thanks so much!!

a. One that can be automatically updated each time the Reader traversals passages.

b. One that exists outside the area automatically updated by the Harlowe engine.
The simple answer is Yes.
The complex answer would explain:
1. How to use Javascript to add a new HTML element(s) to the page's body element, the new sidebar element(s) would be used to display the persistent content including an image.
2. How to use CSS to position the new sidebar element(s) on the right side, and how to use CSS to restructure the Harlowe engine controlled elements so the new right sidebar would fit.
3. How to use Javascript and CSS to manually change the content of the new right sidebar as the Reader traversals passages.
