Most of my links are set like this: [[Wyannie Malone Historical Museum|http://www.hopetownmuseum.com/]]

However, they aren't clickable. Any way that I can make them clickable without having them open automatically?

Please use the Question Tags to state the name and full version number of the Story Format you are using, as answers can vary based on this information.

The format of external URL link markup you are using is only supported by the SugarCube series (2.x or 1.x) of story formats. To achieve a similar effect in Harlowe 2.x you would need to do something like the following, which uses a (link-repeat:) macro to show the link and the (open-url:) macro to open the target URL in a new tab/window.

(link-repeat: "Wyannie Malone Historical Museum")[
	(open-url: "http://www.hopetownmuseum.com/")
